In the 1960s, a table designed for assessing one's powers of observation emerged known as the "Entertaining Table." This table consists of a number sequence ranging from 1 to 90, inclusively.

If you can locate these numbers within the following time frames:

5-10 minutes: Exceptional powers of observation
10-15 minutes: Good observation skills
15-20 minutes: Average powers of observation
20-25 minutes: Satisfactory observation abilities
